Scrap by Sky Scraps; Tube by Terry; Template by Sanie; Mask by Monti

For this tutorial you will need the following: Paint Shop Pro (trial version) Fresh Scrap Kit here Template here (download template 6) Mask here (download blinds1 mask) Tube and font of choice
Okay, let's get started on our tag!
1. Open your template and scrap in Psp; Shift+D to make a duplicate of the template. Close out the original template so you will have it for future use. Image/Canvas Size. Change the dimensions of the duplicated template to 600w x 550h. Click on the center arrow below for placement.
2. Restore the SkyScraps-Paper11 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the template image and activate the bottom layer (circle layer). Selections/Select All; Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat. Edit/Paste/Paste Into Selection. Selections/Select None. 3. Activate the second layer (circle frame). Selections/Select All. Selections/Float. Selections/Defloat. Selections/Modify/Expand by 1 pixel. Flood fill the selection with the color #AE6C28. Selections/Select None. Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow. Apply a drop shadow effect to the circle using the settings shown below. Vertical 0; Horizontal 0; Opacity 80; Blur 4; Color Black
4. Activate the third layer (small rectangle) and go to Selections/Select All. Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat. Restore the SkyScraps-Paper10 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the template image and Edit/Paste/Paste Into Selection. Selections/Select None. 5. Activate the fourth layer (small frame) and go to Selections/Select All. Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat. Selections/Modify Expand by 1 pixel. Flood fill the selection with the color #AE6C28. Selections/Select None. Apply the same drop shadow effect to the frame as used in Step 3. 6. Activate the fifth layer (small rectangle1) and follow the same steps for this rectangle that you used in Step 4. Activate the 6th layer (small frame1) and follow the same steps as used in Step 5. 7. Activate the 7th layer (large rectangle) and go to Selections/Select All. Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat. Flood fill the large rectangle with the color #AE6C28. Effects/Texture Effects/Straw Wall using the settings shown below: Blur 29; Density 62; Length 13; Width 1; Transparency 145; Color Black; Angle 114
8. Selections/Select None. Activate layer 8 (large frame) and go to Selections/Select All. Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat. Selections/Modify/Expand by 1 pixel. Flood fill the selection with the color #D29D56. Selections/Select None. Apply the same drop shadow effect as used previously in Step 3. 9. Activate layer 9 (rectangle) and go to Selections/Select All. Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat. Restore the SkyScraps-Paper11 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the template image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Selections/Invert. Hit the delete key on your keyboard. Selections/Select None. 10. Activate layer 10 (rectangle frame) and go to Selections/Select All. Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat. Selections/Modify/Expand by 1 pixel. Flood fill the selections with the color #AE6C28. Selections/Select None. Apply the same drop shadow effect as used in Step 3. 11.Restore the tube that you are using for your tag; Edit/Copy. Back to the template image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Resize your tube if needed, and position the tube as shown on the header tag above. Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow using the settings shown below. Vertical 0; Horizontal 0; Opacity 80; Blur 12; Color Black
12. Restore the SkyScraps-Double Bow1 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Image/Resize. Resize the bow one (1) time by 40% and one (1) time by 50%. Resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used. Apply a drop shadow effect using the same settings as used in Step 3. Position the bow as shown in the header tag above. 13. Restore the SkyScraps-Pearl1 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Resize the pearl strand one (1) time by 40% and one (1) time by 80%. Resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used. Apply a drop shadow effect to the strand using the same settings as used in Step 3. Drag this layer beneath the bow layer and position as shown in header tag. 14. Restore the SkyScraps-Decoration-flower and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Image/Resize. Resize the flower 45% for a total of two (2) times. Resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used. Apply the same drop shadow effect as in Step 3. Position the flower as shown on the header tag above. Layers/Duplicate. Image/Mirror. 15. Restore the SkyScraps-Butterfly2 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer. Image/Resize. Resize the butterfly one (1) time by 35% and one (1) time by 50%. Resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used. Apply the same drop shadow to the butterfly as used in Step 3. Image/Rotate/Free Rotate. Rotate the butterfly by 20 degrees to the right. Position the butterfly as shown in header tag above.
16. Layers/New Raster Layer. Flood fill the layer with the color #AE6C28. Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom. Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image. Select the montisblindmask1 from the drop box under the Source window. Source luminance and invert mask data are checked.
17. Layers/Merge/Merge Group. Add your name or watermark to your tag and position as shown on header tag above. Layers/Merge/Merge Visible. Selections/Select All; Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat. Image/Crop to Selection. Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten). Resize tag if needed, and save in desired format.
