Okay, let's get started on our tag!

1.  Open your supplies in Psp and minimize all but the 2.png to your Psp workspace.  Shift+D to make a copy of the 2.png; close out the original so that you will have it for future use.  With the 2.png being the active image, go to Image/Resize.  Resize the 2.png by 50% for a total of two (2) times and by 75% for a total of one (1) time.  Resize all layers IS checked; bicubic resize type is used.

2.  Selections/Select All; Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat.  Selections/Modify/Contract by 4 pixels.  Restore the paper04 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the 2.png image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Selections/Invert.  Hit the delete key on your keyboard.  Selections/Select None.  Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.  Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow using the settings shown below.

Vertical 0; Horizontal 2; Opacity 70; Blur 5; Color Black

3.  Image/Resize.  Resize the 2.png by 90%.  Resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used.  Image/Canvas Size.  Change the width and the height of the tag image to 1000w x 1000h.  Click the center placement arrow one time.

4.  Move the 2.png towards the top and right side of the image so that you will have more space on the left side for your tube.  Restore the tube that you will be using for your tag and go to Edit/Copy.  Back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Position your tube on the left side of the tag (see header tag) or in desired position.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the tube using the same settings as used in Step 2 EXCEPT change the blur to 8.

5.  Restore the Element01 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Image/Resize.  Resize the Element01 by 50% for a total of two (2) times and by 75% one (1) time.  Resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the flower using the same settings as used for your tube Step 4).  Position the flower on the bottom right corner of the 2.png.

6.  Restore the Element05 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Image/Resize.  Resize the Element05 by 50% for a total of two (2) times and by 75% one (1) time.  Resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used.  Image/Rotate.  Rotate the Element05 by 20 degrees to the right.  Position the layer under the flower layer (see header tag).

7.  Layers/New Raster Layer.  Flood fill this layer with the color #FFFFFF.  Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom.  Restore the Element04 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Layers/Arrange/Bring to Top.  Image/Resize.  Resize the Element04 by 50% for a total of two (2) times and by 75% one (1) time.  Resize all layer is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used.  Position the element on the 2.png as shown on header tag.  Apply a drop shadow effect using the same settings as used in Step 2.

8.  Type out the text "Laugh as much as you Breathe; Love as long as you Live" using the Romance Fatal Serif font.  Position the saying as shown in header tag.  I used the color #000000 for the foreground/stroke color.  For the text fill, I used paper03.  Type out the text "Live, Love and Laugh like there is no tomorrow" with the Stephanie Marie font in the color #000000.  Position the text on the 2.png above the ribbon (see header tag).

9.  Restore the paper01 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and activate the white background layer.  Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image.  Select the LPD_102 mask from the drop box under the Source window.  Source luminance and Invert mask data are checked.

10.  Layers/Merge/Merge Group.  Lower the opacity of the mask layer to 46.  Restore the Element03 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the Element03 to desired size and position at the end of the bow string (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow effect to the flower using the same settings as used in Step 2.  Apply your name or watermark to your tag. I used the font Twinkle Toes for my name.  Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten).

11.  Crop away any excess white space that is around your tag.  Resize your tag to desired size and save in desire format.
