For this tutorial you will need the following:

Tube and font of choice

Okay, let's get started on our tag!

1.  Open your supplies in PSP and minimize all but the template to your PSP workspace.  With the template being the active image, go to Image/Rotate/Rotate counter-clockwise 90 degrees.  Activate the Rec1 layer of the template and go to Selections/Select All; Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat.  Restore the stripe paper and go to Edit/Copy; Back to the template and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Position the stripe paper over the selection and go to Selections/Invert.  Hit the delete key on your keyboard.   Selections/Select None.  Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow using the settings shown below.

Vertical 0; Horizontal 0; Opacity 75; Blur 6; Color Black

2.  Activate the Rec4 layer of the template.  Selections/Select All; Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat.  The striped paper should still be on your clipboard.  Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Position the striped paper over the selection and go to Selections/Invert.  Hit the delete key on your keyboard.  Selections/Select None.   Apply a drop shadow effect to the Rec4 using the same settings as used in Step 1.

3.  Activate the Rec2 layer of the template and go to Selections/Select All; Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat.  Restore the SWAK paper and go to Edit/Copy; back to the template and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Position the paper over the selection and go to Selections/Invert.  Hit the delete key on the keyboard.  Selections/Select None.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the Rec2 layer using the same settings as used in Step 1.

4.  Activate the Rec3 layer of the template and go to Selections/Select All; Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat.  Restore the SWAK paper and go to Image/Rotate/Rotate counter-clockwise by 90 degrees.  Edit/Copy; back to the template and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Position the paper over the selection and go to Selections/Invert.  Hit the delete key on the keyboard.  Selections/Select None.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the Rec3 using the same settings as used in Step 1.

5.  Activate the Rec5 layer of the template and go to Selections/Select All; Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat.  Restore the box of chocolates paper and go to Edit/Copy; back to the template and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Position the paper over the selection and go to Selections/Invert.  Hit the delete key on your keyboard and go to Selections/Select None.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the Rec5 using the same settings as used in Step 1.

6.  Activate the Rec6 layer of the template and go to Selections/Select All; Selections/Float; Selections/Defloat.   Restore the beminerose paper and go to Edit/Copy; back to the template and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Position the paper over the selection and go to Selections/Invert.  Hit the delete key on your keyboard and go to Selections/Select None.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the Rec6 using the same settings as used in Step 1.  Restore the tube that you will be using on your tag and go to Edit/Copy; back to the template and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Resize your tube if needed; apply a drop shadow effect to your tube using the settings shown below.

Vertical 0; Horizontal 0; Opacity 70; Blur 12; Color Black

7.  Position your tube as shown on the header tag at the top of the page. Restore the flower9 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the template and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Resize to desired size and apply the same drop shadow effect as used in Step 1.  Position the flower at the end of the Rec1 (see header tag).  Restore the lovedrop3 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the template image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the lovedrop to desired size and apply the same drop shadow effect as used in Step1.  Position the lovedrop under the flower at the end of the Rec1 (see header tag).

8.  Restore the ribbon1 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the template and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the ribbon so that it fits across the top part of the Rec6.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the ribbon using the same settings as used in Step 1.  Restore the bow3 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the template and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the bow3 to desired size and apply the same drop shadow effects as used in Step 1.  Position the bow3 over the ribbon 1 (see header tag).

9.  Restore the DCFS101 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the template and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the tube to desired size and position on the bottom part of the Rec6 (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow to the tube using the same setting as used in Step 1.  Restore the HeartBox2 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the template and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the tube to desired size and position at the right bottom corner of the Rec6 (I rotated my heart by 15 degrees to the right).  Apply the same drop shadow effects as used in Step 1.  Apply some text to the Rec6 if desired.

10.  Restore the garder2 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the template and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the garder2 to desired size and position on the Rec3 as shown in header tag at top of page.  Apply same drop shadow effect as used in Step 1.  Restore the garder3 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the template and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Resize the garder3 to desired size and position on the Rec4 as shown in header tag at top of the page.  Apply the same drop shadow effect as used in Step 1.

11.  Apply your watermark or text to your tag.  Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten).  Crop away any excess white space around your tag.  Resize tag if needed and save in desired format.
