5.  Restore the vine element and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Image/Resize.  Resize the vine by 50% two (2) times and by 75% one (1) time.  Resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used.  Position the vine on the long rectangle on the left side of your tag (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow effect to the vine using the same settings as used in Step 3.

6.  Restore the flower2 and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Image/Resize.  Resize the flower2 by 50% for a total of three (3) times.  Resize all layers is NOT checked; bicubic resize type is used.  Position the flower2 on the top circle at the right of your tag (see header tag).  Apply a drop shadow effect to the flower using the same settings as used in Step 3.  Layers/Duplicate.  Image/Flip.  Position the duplicated flower over the bottom circle (see header tag).

9.  Add your name or some text to the top line of the dingbat (see header tag).  I used paper1 for the text stroke and paper3 for the text fill.  For the font, I used LT Oksana Medium; Size 56; Stroke Width 2; Vector.  Restore the label and go to Edit/Copy; back to the tag image and Edit/Paste/Paste As New Layer.  Image/Resize.  Resize the label by 50% for a total of two (2) times.  Image/Rotate.  Rotate the label by 20 degrees to the left.

10.  Position the label on your tag as shown on the header tag.  Apply a drop shadow effect to the label using the same settings as used in Step 3.  Write "Spring Blossoms" or text of your choice on your label.  Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten).  Crop away any excess white space around your tag.  Resize your tag to desire format and save as a jpg.
